Exterior design
The exterior design has a minimalist concept with a clean and modern building type. Not many details are used, but with an interesting color combination, this house looks amazing. The spacious balcony remains shaded so it will be very comfortable to relax.
Floor plan design
This house has 2 parts, the first floor and the second floor. On the first floor there are several rooms such as the living area, dining area, kitchen, toilet, master bedroom and private bathroom. The second floor has 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms, and a spacious balcony with elegant glass railings.
Interior design
For the interior, this house has an open space concept that makes the small space seem spacious and not stuffy. There is a living area, dining area, and kitchen. The furniture arrangement is still designed with an ideal distance so that the room still functions optimally.
Bedroom design
The master bedroom is a comfortable size although it is not very spacious. There is a private bathroom which makes it even more special. This room can also be fitted with a TV cabinet to provide more exclusive facilities.
