House facade design
The
design of this house looks grand and wide because it is a design of 2
houses put together. The front part has a balanced area. There is a
balcony that protrudes more to the front. And the side has large windows
that will make the house look contemporary and elegant.
Roof design
The
roof uses a pyramid design with the front having a deck area that
covers the front balcony. There are 2 vents on the roof that occupy each
house. The roof deck is also made to exceed the main roof to protect
the building structure well so that it is more durable and safe.
Rear view
The
back is also very well balanced and the building structure is very
similar in both. There is a rear balcony, large windows and rear doors
which are all installed in the same arrangement as if they were
reflecting. On the lower wall using natural stone walls and the upper
part using softer colors.
First floor plan design
Each
house has a size of 7.88 x 11.76 meters with several rooms inside. On
this first floor there is a foyer, living area, dining area, kitchen,
