Facade
The minimalist house is seen in a simple and small facade, using a flat roof so that the house looks simple and neat. Looking from the front of the spacious carport so as to make the impression of a spacious house, on the right side there is a wide glass window, therefore even though using a flat roof the function of the glass window will help improve air circulation in the house.
The door of this house is located behind the carport, making it easier for you to enter the house. Entering the house you are immediately greeted with a living room dominated by white and soft green colors. This area looks bright and soothing. The interesting thing about this room is the placement of the television that is planted to the wall so that the impression of this room is efficient and spacious, coupled with the natural lighting of wide glass windows.
This master bedroom looks spacious because it has a glass window that is wider than the other rooms, making the room feel bright and clean. The use of glass windows will reduce the decoration which also serves to make the room feel minimalist but still elegant. The installation of curtains that rise to the roof can also make the room look taller.
The kitchen of this house with an open space concept presents a dining table made of teak wood, the base of the table is made bubbling which will make this table durable and long-lasting. On the side of the dining table is a mini bar that is suitable for eating with a partner. On all sides of the roof there are small lights so that the room becomes perfectly bright.
The modern minimalist first floor house has its own benefits especially for those of you who don't want to be tired of climbing stairs, even though it is only one floor you can enjoy every room well utilized. This 176 sqm house has 2 car parking, living area, dining area, kitchen area, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and laundry area.
